AleitaGame: Um Jogo Educativo Sobre Cuidados de Enfermagem Para Lesões Mamilo-areolares em Lactantes

Abstract

AleitaGame is a 2D game that, using the comic book style, presents simulated situations of real life scenarios experienced by a nursing professional in the context of counseling on breastfeeding. Therefore, the student-player is put in the role of an active nurse and must investigate the situations in order to identify the complication in question and adopt the appropriate conduct with a view of what is best for the mother and the baby. This paper presents the AleitaGame from its conception process, going through the pedagogical justification, the foreseen application context and the material and methods used for the development that is based on the Design Science Research.
