Influência de Medidas da Topologia de Redes de Ruas na Análise da Mobilidade Urbana: Um Estudo Aplicado à Cidade de João Pessoa – PB
Abstract
The article investigates the influence of the topology of street networks in a given location as a possible set of indicators for analyzing urban mobility. It proposes an index based on measures of these networks, considering neighborhoods as the level of granularity. A use case considers ten neighborhoods in João Pessoa - PB, ranked first based on each network characteristic individually, then with the index that considers the joint influence of all. The results point to the importance of considering topological aspects of street networks as possible indicators and the impact of the granularity of the area observed in studies on urban mobility.
