Application of Bibliometrics as a Bibliographic Reference in the Development of a Mental Health Chatbot
Abstract
The growing availability of online academic documents drives quantitative analysis through bibliometrics. This paper focuses on bibliometrics to support the development of chatbots in mental health, using analyses of studies on the Scopus and Web of Science platforms with specific keywords. Graphs were generated that illuminate trends and connections in the field, highlighting interactions among authors, the frequency of key terms, and the volume of publications. Through the VOSviewer tool, this bibliographic research utilizes bibliometrics as a methodology to understand patterns and relationships in research about chatbots and mental health.
