Insertion of Virtual Players in the GMABS Methodology: An Application in Natural Resources Management
Abstract
This paper proposes a new architecture, called ViP-GMABS, where virtual players are inserted in GMABS methodology. The GMABS methodology works with RPG (Role-Playing Games) and MABS (Multi-Agent-Based Simulation) techniques in an integrated way. A prototype in natural resources management domain, called ViP-JogoMan, is presented. This domain was chosen because the negotiation process is extremely important and complex, and GMABS methodology can be used for conflict resolution during the negotiation process.
