Abstract

There are a variety of applications designed to help users to learn and practice English. However, some users need specific knowledge of English for their professional area. In such cases, general applications are not useful for the users to get a quick familiarity with the technical terms and with the reading of specific material for their area. This work presents E-nology, an application to Instrumental English disciplines in technical computer courses. E-nology is a technological solution whose aim is to help English language teachers to align the Instrumental English discipline with the specific needs of computer students, helping students to make better use of the course.
