The Proceedings of the 20th Regional Computing School of Bahia, Alagoas, and Sergipe (ERBASE 2020) bring the papers selected and presented in the Arapiraca/AL, held on 26 – 30 October 2020. The event had the theme "Computational Intelligence in industry and agribusiness". In this issue, the proceedings include 45 full papers. These papers were selected through a peer-review, from a total of 80 full papers submitted, which implied an acceptance rate of 56%. The event's program committee was coordinated by Felipe Alencar Lopes (IFAL), who organized this volume. The articles in this volume were submitted on 06/14/2020, accepted for publication on 07/31/2020, with the final version submitted on 08/31/2020.
