Projetos Educacionais 3.0 em Salas de Aula: Um Relato de Experiência

Abstract


This article proposes an approach that customizes the PMBoK project management methodology for extension projects in higher education institutes. This approach implements most of the PMBoK processes and creates new processes capable of streamlining the learning process during the organization and realization of these projects. An experiment is carried out with 10 extension projects implemented in classes in the project management discipline at the computing institute UFAL over 8 years with a focus on capturing the weaknesses and strengths of the PBL strategy for the teaching and learning process learning. The theme of the events and the place where they were held varied, forcing teams to relate to different stakeholders and groups of students. As a result, it appears that the approach is efficient to improve the skills related to a project and to increase engagement and learning through practice.
