The Proceedings of the 22nd Regional Computing School of Bahia, Alagoas, and Sergipe (ERBASE 2022) bring the papers selected and presented in the edition the event held from December 5 to 9, 2022, in the city of Paulo Afonso/BA, Brazil, with the theme "Challenges and Importance of Data for Society". In this edition, the proceedings include selected papers for the following satellite events:

• Workshop of Research (PESQBASE) received a total of 09 article submissions, of which 03 were accepted, resulting in an acceptance rate of 33.3%. These works were selected through a single-blind peer review process. The event was coordinated by Fabiano Amorim Vaz (IFBA), Felipe Alencar Lopes (IFAL), and João Carlos Bittencourt (UFRB). The articles were submitted on 11/21/2022, accepted for publication on 11/30/2022, and the final version was submitted on 12/02/2022;
• Workshop of Education and Technology (WEIBASE) received a total of 05 article submissions, of which 02 were accepted, resulting in an acceptance rate of 40%. These works were selected through a single-blind peer review process. The event was coordinated by Tiago Oliveira Motta (UFRB). The articles were submitted on 11/21/2022, accepted for publication on 11/28/2022, and the final version was submitted on 12/02/2022.
