Abstract

The Business Process Management (BPM) approach seeks to improve control over the company and its processes. For the smooth operation of the approach, the business processes elicitation is an essential step. However, it is a stage with few computational support. This paper focuses on the development of Flimple, an online tool for business processes elicitation that uses “Fichas de Processos”, a technique that synthesizes key information (objectives, activities, inputs and outputs) of a process in a single-page report.
