Abstract

The Legal Framework for Artificial Intelligence in Brazil is a proposed law focused on principles for the use of AI in the country, such as transparency, ethics and responsibility of those who develop AI Systems, and aims to establish rules and limits, which aim to guarantee the safety of users and preserve their rights, not demonstrating that they pose risks to the development of AI technology, since it is principled.
