The Proceedings of the 10th Regional School on Informatics of Goiás (ERI-GO 2022) bring the papers selected and presented in the event held on October 25 and 26, 2022, in-person at Goiânia and online via web conference, with the theme "Data Science". In this issue, the proceedings include 15 full papers and 6 extended abstracts. These papers were selected through a blind review, from 31 full papers and 12 extended abstracts submitted, which implied an acceptance rate of 48% and 50%, respectively. The event program committee was coordinated by Julliano Rosa Nascimento (UFG), who organized this volume with the assistance of other coordinating members, Ricardo Augusto Pereira Franco and Vinicius da Cunha Martins Borges, with the support of the students Marcelo Lima de Menezes and Caique Duarte de Oliveira. The articles in this volume were submitted on 09/04/2022, and accepted for publication on 10/06/2022, with the final version submitted on 10/13/2022.
