Usabilidade de Ferramentas para Assinatura Digital de Documentos PDF
Resumo
Neste trabalho investigamos questões de usabilidade em seis ferramentas que viabilizam assinatura digital de documentos PDF. Como um passo nesta direção, realizamos um estudo empírico com usuários digitalmente proficientes. Os resultados indicam que ainda temos um caminho pela frente quando consideramos usabilidade no contexto de assinaturas digitais.
