The Proceedings of the 19th Regional School of Computer Networks (ERRC 2021) bring the papers selected and presented in the online edition of the event, held from 27 to 29 October, 2021. In this issue, the proceedings include 03 full papers of Undergraduate Track, 03 full papers of Graduate Track, and 15 full papers of the Regional Workshop of Security on Information and Computer Systems (WRSeg). These papers were selected through a peer-review. The ERRC 2021 program committee was coordinated by Lucas Bondan (RNP) and Gléderson Lessa dos Santos (IFSul). The WRSeg 2021 program committee was coordinated by Rafael Pereira Esteves (IFRS) and Ramão Tiago Tiburski (IFSC). The articles in this volume were submitted on 09/20/2021, accepted for publication on 10/15/2021, with the final version submitted on 10/22/2021.
