Abstract

The present study analyzes routing data at Internet eXchange Points (IXPs), aiming to understand the characteristics of each IXP, such as member composition, announced prefixes, address space, and path sizes. The results can guide strategic decisions of Autonomous Systems (ASes) and enhance the management and expansion of IXPs. Therefore, the analyses aim to strengthen the Internet infrastructure, improving connectivity in an increasingly interconnected world.
