MAROQ: An Experience-Oriented Resource Allocation Model
Abstract
The amount of resources provided by the computational clouds on the Internet has generated complex challenges to solve problems related to the allocation of these resources. Quality of experience emerges as a differentiated paradigm as a potentially important factor in solving these challenges. The quality of experience takes into account context parameters. Thus, the MAROQ resource allocation model is proposed, which is a model oriented to the quality of experience, which uses context information to allocate resources in clouds and computational grids. Experimental results show that using context information improves performance in task submission.
