The Proceedings of the 10th Symposium on Knowledge Discovery, Mining, and Learning (KDMiLe 2022) bring the papers selected and presented in the edition of the event held in Campinas/SP, from November 28 to December 01, 2022, as part of the 11th Brazilian Conference on Intelligent Systems (BRACIS 2022). In this issue, the proceedings include 27 papers. These papers were selected through a single-blind review, from a total of 63 papers submitted, which implied an acceptance rate of 43%. The event's program committee was coordinated by Diego Furtado Silva (USP/UFSCar) and Aline Marins Paes Carvalho (UFF), who organized this volume. The articles in this volume were submitted on 09/18/2022, accepted for publication on 10/23/2022, with the final version submitted on 10/31/2022.
