Application of the LLAMA 2 Model for Sending Reminders via Telegram
Abstract
This project presents the development of a chatbot prototype aimed at improving communication between the Health Department of Foz do Iguaçu and users of the public health system. Utilizing the LLaMA-2-7b-chat model integrated into Telegram, the chatbot is currently capable of sending automatic appointment reminders, but it will eventually allow patients to confirm, reschedule, or cancel their appointments.
