The Proceedings of the 7th Workshop on Modeling and Simulation of Software-Intensive Systems (MSSiS 2025) bring the papers selected and presented in the edition of the event held on September 22, 2025, in the city of Recife/PE, Brazil, as part of the 16th Brazilian Conference on Software: Theory and Practice (CBSoft 2025). In this issue, the proceedings include 05 full papers and 03 short papers. These papers were selected through a double-blind review, from a total of 06 full papers and 03 short papers submitted, which implied an acceptance rate of 83% and 100%, respectively. The event's program committee was coordinated by André Luiz de Oliveira (UFJF), Jacson Rodrigues Barbosa (UFG), and Mohamad Kassab (NYUAD), who organized this volume together with Carla Silva (UFPE), Jéssyka Vilela (UFPE), and Mariana Peixoto (UPE), the publications chairs of CBSoft 2025. The articles in this volume were submitted on 07/21/2025, accepted for publication on 08/07/2025, with the final version submitted on 08/11/2025.
