De-Authorizer: Uma Arquitetura Baseada em Blockchain para Revogação Descentralizada de Acesso a Dados em Redes Sociais Online

Resumo


Redes Sociais Online (RSO) centralizam o controle de dados pessoais, dificultando a revogação de consentimento exigida pelo GDPR e pela LGPD . Este trabalho apresenta o De-Authorizer, uma arquitetura baseada em blockchain para revogação descentralizada de acesso a dados, auditável e centrada no usuário. A proposta preserva os modelos de monetização das RSO e integra contratos inteligentes a ACLs e OAuth 2.0. Para garantir privacidade e escalabilidade, adota-se uma arquitetura de blockchain híbrida (on-chain/off-chain). A arquitetura foi desenvolvida segundo o Design Science Research Framework. A avaliação em rede permissionada Proof of Authority, com até 70.000 usuários, atingiu 3.214 TPS e 7,75 s de latência média, demonstrando viabilidade prática.
