Abstract

The training of healthcare professionals faces challenges such as lack of personalization. This study proposes a Human Digital Twin (HDT) model structured into two dimensions: individual and professional relationships, enabling continuous learning personalization. The model, developed based on a case study, integrates a data pipeline to capture organizational, physiological, and performance-related information, adapting recommendations to the professional’s profile. A scenario-based evaluation highlights the HDT’s potential to optimize training and support professional development throughout the career. This proposal extends HDTs to the context of healthcare training.
