Digital Culture Project: Reflections on the Influence of Social Networks on Students' Mental Health

Abstract

The use of social networks can influence the mental health of young people and adolescents. School and family, essential social pillars, play a constructionist role in the use of these tools. In this sense, this work characterizes a plan of pedagogical activities, divided into four stages, which can be applied in the final years of Elementary School, in the context of the Digital Culture Axis. The methodology is descriptive in nature, detailing the main actions. As a result, the aim is to raise awareness among the target audience and their families about the moderate and coherent consumption of social network digital platforms.
