Online Social Serenity - Development of an educational game in the Digital Culture Axis of BNCC Computing

Abstract


This article describes the creation of the educational game Serenidade Social Online. The theme of the game is inserted in the context of the Digital Culture axis of BNCC Computação aimed at elementary school students. The game asks the player to respond to situations that can be found in the virtual social environment while guiding them on how to behave in certain situations so as not to harm themselves and other people. The game was evaluated using an educational game evaluation model and received good ratings for motivation, user experience and knowledge. This work aims to contribute materials to work on the recent BNCC Computação
