Evaluating Collaboration in Software Engineering Education: Perceptions from a Rapid Review
Abstract
Atividades colaborativas de co-criação são amplamente adotadas no ensino de Engenharia de Software para simular cenários reais de desenvolvimento. Impulsionadas por práticas de Design Thinking e Métodos Ágeis, essas atividades envolvem os estudantes em diversas fases do ciclo de vida do desenvolvimento. No entanto, a ausência de métricas para avaliar a colaboração limita a capacidade de verificar sua efetividade educacional. Este estudo tem como objetivo identificar como a colaboração é avaliada em atividades de co-criação no contexto do ensino de Engenharia de Software, mapeando sistematicamente as estratégias relatadas na literatura. Para isso, foi realizada uma revisão rápida aplicando uma string de busca nas bases de dados IEEE Xplore e Scopus. A busca retornou 909 estudos, dos quais 32 foram selecionados com base em critérios de inclusão e exclusão. Como resultados, se observou que a maioria dos estudos avalia a colaboração por meio de questionários com perguntas em escala Likert. Alguns adotam abordagens combinadas, integrando avaliação entre pares, registros de uso de ferramentas e observações de instrutores. No entanto, muitas avaliações continuam focadas nos resultados finais, em vez do processo colaborativo em si. Desta forma, este trabalho oferece a educadores e profissionais uma visão geral das práticas atuais de avaliação da colaboração.
