Abstract

The current business environment demands research associating the use of Industry 4.0 technologies to support management decisions, as well as teaching-learning aimed at training the workforce for such decisions. This article aims to present a simulator applied to management, using gamification to create virtual scenarios that represent real situations of organizational management. The proposed methodology consists of the design, development and evaluation of the simulator. As a result, there is a tool capable of simulating different actions, helping to select the most appropriate ones for real management cases, providing assertive decisions to managers and facilitating stakeholder learning, enabling their adequate training to act in Management 4.0
