Scenario Simulator for Teaching Agile Project Management: SCRUM in the Era of Management 5.0
Abstract
Introduction: Games can effectively contribute to the learning process. Objective: To present a simulator designed to support the learning of the agile project management method, Scrum. Methodology: The study consists of the design and development of the simulator. Results: The simulator is currently under development, and the goal is to deliver an online digital game capable of facilitating stakeholder learning, providing adequate training for them to operate effectively in the era of Management 5.0.
