Interoperabilidade em LMSs: Uma Revisão Bibliométrica do Estado da Arte

Resumo


Existem diversas definições e expectativas sobre interoperabilidade de sistemas, as quais variam de acordo com diferentes usuários, profissionais e contextos de aplicação. Este artigo tem como objetivo investigar como o conceito de interoperabilidade tem sido aplicado no contexto de Ambientes Virtuais de Aprendizagem (AVAs) e os problemas em aberto neste campo. Para tanto, foi realizada uma revisão quantitativa da literatura através de métodos bibliométricos, que permitiram uma análise descritiva de 15.380 publicações, além de uma análise de citações e de volumes de publicações da área de estudo e seus respectivos interesses temáticos. Os resultados demonstram pouco interesse da comunidade científica em produzir novos estudos sobre interoperabilidade em AVAs em contraste com o crescimentos da adoção de soluções interoperáveis pelo mercado. Ainda assim a área de pesquisa de interoperabilidade em AVAs guarda semelhanças com a pesquisa de interoperabilidade em outras áreas.
