Infraestrutura para um Corpo de Conhecimento em Melhoria de Processos de Software Baseado no MR-MPS-SW

Resumo


Organizações desenvolvedoras de software comumente fazem uso de modelos de maturidade para orientar a melhoria de seus processos, sendo responsabilidade destas organizações identificar e escolher as tecnologias para apoiar o atendimento dos requisitos destes modelos. Este trabalho propõe uma infraestrutura para organizar um corpo de conhecimento de tecnologias que apoiam a implementação do MR-MPS-SW voltado para as necessidades dos profissionais de melhoria de processos.
