Use of gamification as an aid to process improvement: experience report
Abstract
This paper presents the use of gamification practices in an Information Technology company with the purpose to maximize the achievement of organization's strategic goals through process improvement. Therefore, based on the organization's context analysis it was structured a championship to address strategic objectives related to the company's operational goals. As a result, it was evidenced an increase in motivation, engagement and integration among employees as well as a growth in organizational processes adherence by 40% and in employees training by 214%.
