Abstract

This article characterizes a technology transfer process from the academic to the industrial environment using as mechanism the experimentation process based on lab packages. The technique involved is the reading technique PBR (Perspective-Based Reading). The Experimentation Knowledge Sharing Model and the Experimentation Improvement Paradigm are considered during the technology transfer process. This work stands out the necessity and the contributions obtained from the industry and academic cooperation.
Keywords: Experimentation, PBR reading technique, lab packages, technology transfer, process improvement, knowledge management
