Resumo

The requirements analysis process is a crucial step for any software development. In times of pandemic, with increasing social distance, the use of remote work tools and sharing information quickly and intelligently make the process even more challenging. This paper aims to present an experience report of a mature project that started before the pandemic and had to adapt to the new standard: online meetings, information sharing, team management tools and work environment simulators. In this report, we present several problems arising from remote knowledge management and we also present solutions that mitigate these problems. We also demonstrate that these solutions have shown that it is possible to build quality software, even in such difficult times.
