The Proceedings of the 20th Brazilian Symposium on Software Quality (SBQS 2021) bring the papers selected and presented in the online edition of the event, hosted from Vitória/ES, from November 08-11, 2021. In this issue, the proceedings bring together the full papers presented in the tracks Research, Experience Reports and Software Quality Education. In addition, SBQS 2021 includes the Software Quality Thesis and Dissertation Contest (CTDQS 2021). These works were selected through a peer-review process. This volume was organized by Rodrigo Santos (UNIRIO) and Sandro Ronaldo Bezerra Oliveira (UFPA) – coordinators of the Research Track; Ismayle de Sousa Santos (UFC) and Sabrina Marczak (PUCRS) – coordinators of the Experience Reports Track; Davi Viana (UFMA) and Edna Dias Canedo (UnB) – coordinators of the Software Quality Education Track; Uirá Kulesza (UFRN) and Vinícius Garcia (UFPE) – CTDQS 2021 coordinators, and finally, Awdren Fontão (UFMS) – SBQS 2021 Publications Chair. The articles that integrate the tracks Research, Experience Reports and Education in Software Quality were submitted on 07/26/2021, accepted for publication on 09/10/2021, with the final version submitted on 09/17/2021. The articles that make up the CTDQS 2021 were submitted on 08/09/2021, accepted for publication on 10/04/2021, with the final version submitted on 10/15/2021.
