The Proceedings of the 21st Brazilian Symposium on Software Quality (SBQS 2022) bring the papers selected and presented in the edition of the event held in Curitiba/PR, from November 07-10, 2022. In this issue, the proceedings bring together the full papers presented in the tracks Research, Experience Report, Software Quality Education and Software Quality Thesis and Dissertation Contest (CTDQS 2022). These works were selected through a single-blind review. This volume was organized by Edna Dias Canedo (UnB) and Davi Viana (UFMA) – coordinators of the Research Track; Vinicius Garcia (UFPE) and Carla Bezerra (UFC) – coordinators of the Experience Report Track; Ismayle Santos (UFC) and Bruno Gadelha (UFAM) – coordinators of the Software Quality Education Track; Tayana Conte (UFAM) and José Carlos Maldonado (USP) – CTDQS 2022 coordinators, and by Crescêncio Lima (IFBA) – SBQS 2022 Publication Chair. The articles that integrate the tracks Research, Experience Report and Education in Software Quality were submitted on 08/01/2022, accepted for publication on 09/25/2022, with the final version submitted on 10/02/2022. The articles that make up the CTDQS 2022 were submitted on 08/07/2022, accepted for publication on 09/12/2022, with the final version submitted on 10/03/2022.
