The Companion Proceedings of the 16th Brazilian Symposium on Robotics (SBR 2024) and the 15th Workshop on Robotics in Education bring the papers selected and presented in Goiânia/GO, Brazil, from November 13 to 15, 2024. In this issue, the proceedings also include the papers presented at the Graduate Works Contest in Robotics (CTDR 2024). These papers were selected through a double-blind review. The program committee for CTDR 2024 was coordinated by Paulo Lilles Jorge Drews Junior (FURG) and Felipe Gomes de Oliveira (UFAM). WRE 2024's program committee was coordinated by Milena Faria Pinto (CEFET-RJ) and Eduardo Todt (UFPR). This volume was organized by Thiago Pedro Donadon Homem (IFSP) and Paulo Roberto Ferreira Jr. (UFPel). The articles in this volume were submitted on 08/14/2024, accepted for publication on 09/13/2024, with the final version submitted on 10/16/2024.
