Repressão à Criminalidade com o uso de Computação Cognitiva: Classificação de Urgência, Severidade e Relevância de Denúncias
Abstract
The Disque Denúncia (DD) is a telephone service for receiving anonymous complaints about criminal practices, we have developed a collaborative platform to complement the DD service to the population of Rio de Janeiro by offering a new channel for collecting complaints, DORA, a virtual assistant specialist in collecting complaints. The focus of this research is the classification of complaints received, in three dimensions: Urgency, Severity and Relevance, which aim to validate and improve the diffusion of the complaint to the responsible body with the necessary accuracy and celerity.References
