Abstract

The lockdown resulting from the COVID-19 pandemic led many organizations to adopt remote work to maintain their labor activities. After this period, several organizations were interested in adopting hybrid work as a way to mitigate the collaboration problems identified during the adoption of fully remote work. This work investigates the challenges related to collaboration resulting from the migration from remote to hybrid work in software development teams. The aim is to identify how this migration can minimize collaboration problems and propose practices to optimize collaboration among team members.
