Organizational restructuring and collaboration: Organizing influencing factors in team dynamics

Abstract


Organizations and people coexist in a systemic dynamic, thus forming a kaleidoscope of interrelationships. Hence, when dealing with an organizational restructuring process, it is necessary to consider impacts beyond the administrative-financial perspective, such as the individual/social human condition, work environment, team dynamics, and environments conducive to collaboration and knowledge sharing. This work investigates the impact of organizational restructuring processes on teams’ dynamics. To this end, it proposes identifying concepts associated with these themes and applying a survey to verify whether the observed relationships are present in the teams’ routines and the identification of other existing factors. The results will support the development of an instrument consolidating these factors as well as their influence on teams in organizational restructuring processes.
