LBS with J2ME and its Location API

Abstract

The emergence of a new generation of mobile devices, as well as nanotechnology and the accessibility of high-precision LBS, coupled with the greater ease of programming the devices, opens the door to a new generation of interactive applications, including services such as geocoding and reverse geocoding. , route planning services and map generation and visualization services. This article shows the technologies and services used for the implementation of an LBS and shows the application in which we developed this service and its technologies used in a geolocation context, and aiming at greater interaction on the subject in the current world, thus encouraging , the creation and improvement of these services.
