Adaptação de um Sistema de Diálogo ao Domínio Bilhética
Resumo
Este artigo descreve a nossa investigação relacionada com a adaptação de um Sistema de Diálogo (SD) ao domínio de venda de bilhetes. Considerámos a arquitectura do SD baseada em tarefas a qual interactua num cenário de Ambiente Inteligente (AmI) com um conjunto de artefactos baseados em conhecimento. Cada artefacto possui o seu próprio modelo de conhecimento, ligado a recursos lexicais, definindo uma interface semântica. Neste artigo, propomos a reutilização do modelo do domínio do AmI no domínio bilhética redefinindo as abstracções de artefacto, classe e tarefa.Referências
