The Proceedings of the 3rd Workshop on Practical Applications of Learning Analytics and Artificial Intelligence in Brazil (WAPLA 2025) bring the papers selected and presented in the edition of the event held on November 25, in Curitiba/PR, Brazil, as part of the 14th Brazilian Congress on Computers in Education (CBIE 2025), which had the theme "Education in Transformation: Intelligences that Shape the Future". In this issue, the proceedings include 11 full papers. They were all selected through a double-blind peer review. The WAPLA 2025 Program Committee was coordinated by Cleon Xavier (IF Goiano), Cristian Cechinel (UFSC), Elaine Harada (UFAM), Emanuel Marques Queiroga (IFSul), Filipe Dwan Pereira (UFRR), Luiz Rodrigues (UTFPR), Newarney Torrezão Costa (IF Goiano), and Rafael Ferreira Mello (UFRPE e CESAR), who organized this volume together with Laura Moraes (UNIRIO), Douglas Krug (IFPR), and Rafael Araújo (UFU), CBIE 2025’ Publication Chairs. The papers that integrate this volume were submitted on 08/08/2025, accepted for publication on 08/21/2025, with the final version submitted on 08/25/2025.
