Uma Revisão Rápida sobre Reuniões de Retrospectiva em Times Ágeis Remotos
Resumo
As reuniões de retrospectiva constituem uma prática central no desenvolvimento ágil de software, porém ainda carece de uma síntese consolidada sobre como são conduzidas e quais desafios enfrentam — especialmente em contextos remotos. Para preencher essa lacuna, este estudo realizou uma Revisão Rápida (do inglês rapid review) com o objetivo de sistematizar o conhecimento sobre práticas e desafios de retrospectivas em times ágeis remotos. A análise de conteúdo (Bardin, 2016) de 16 artigos resultou em 322 unidades de registro distribuídas em 31 categorias. Para a RQ1, as categorias dominantes foram técnicas de dinâmicas de grupo, cultura de melhoria contínua e definição e gestão de planos de ação. Para a RQ2, destacaram-se barreiras externas, falhas na adoção e padronização da prática e da discussão à ação. Os resultados evidenciam a importância da facilitação estruturada, dos mecanismos de follow-up e da segurança psicológica como fatores-chave para a efetividade das retrospectivas.Referências
