Ágil para Quem? Práticas, Desafios e Modelos de Onboarding para Engenheiros de Software com Autismo
Resumo
A inclusão de engenheiros de software autistas é uma realidade crescente, mas a integração desses indivíduos no processo de onboarding permanece como um gargalo crítico. O objetivo deste artigo é investigar práticas, desafios e modelos organizacionais para a integração de engenheiros de software autistas, por meio da condução de um Mapeamento Sistemático Multivocal (MSM). Seguindo uma estratégia de busca híbrida, foram selecionadas 28 fontes primárias (14 da literatura branca e 14 da literatura cinza), abrangendo estudos acadêmicos, guias corporativos e relatos de profissionais. Os resultados evidenciam uma desconexão entre o foco acadêmico na preparação pré-profissional e o foco da indústria de software na adaptação do ambiente de trabalho. Ademais, a intensidade social das cerimônias ágeis emerge como a principal barreira de integração.Referências
