An Approach to Implementing Vendor Management Using Agile Methodologies
Abstract
This paper proposes an approach about best practices using agile methods to manage the software acquisition process in the context of software development companies, based on the Supplier Agreeement Management process area in CMMI-DEV and the Acquisition process in MR-MPS-SW.
