Smart Governance with Analysis and Data Integration: A Systematic Review
Abstract
This article presents a literature review in order to identify how data integration and analysis help to improve governance in urban environments. The study systematically selected and analyzed fifteen articles published between the years 2017 and 2019. The results obtained show gaps related to open data, such as the lack of a common vocabulary for the data, and the lack of quality of the data made available, which hinder the integration of data to support decision making.
