Governança Inteligente com Análise e Integração de Dados: Uma Revisão Sistemática de Literatura

Resumo


Este artigo apresenta uma revisão de literatura com o objetivo de identificar como a integração e análise de dados ajudam a melhorar a governança em ambientes urbanos. O estudo selecionou e analisou de forma sistemática quinze artigos publicados entre os anos de 2017 e 2019. Os resultados obtidos evidenciam lacunas relacionadas a dados abertos, como a inexistência de um vocabulário comum para os dados e a falta de qualidade dos dados disponibilizados, dificultando a integração de dados para dar suporte a tomada de decisão.
