The Proceedings of the 35th Brazilian Symposium on Databases (SBBD 2020) include the papers selected and presented in the online edition of the event from September 28th to October 1st, 2020. In this issue, the proceedings include 12 full papers and 22 short papers. These papers were selected through a double-blind review, from a total of 28 full papers and 31 short papers submitted, which implied an acceptance rate of 42.8% and 71%, respectively. The full paper program committee was coordinated by Fabio Porto (LNCC) and the Short, Vision, and Industrial program committee was coordinated by Ricardo Torres (NTNU, Norway), who organized this volume. The full papers in this volume were submitted on 21/06/2020, accepted for publication on 31/07/2020, with the final version submitted on 16/08/2020. The short, vision, and industrial papers in this volume, in turn, were submitted on 15/08/2020, accepted for publication on 07/09/2020, with the final version submitted on 14/09/2020.
