The Proceedings of the 21st Brazilian Symposium on Multimedia and the Web (WebMedia 2015) bring the articles selected and presented at the edition of the event held in Amazonas, from October 27 to 30, 2015. This edition includes 21 full papers and 17 short papers, selected from 61 full papers and 31 short papers submissions, with acceptance rates of 34% and 55%, respectively. Each submitted paper was assigned to at least three program committee members for review. The symposium committee adopted a double-blind review process to provide a fair selection from the submissions.
