Abstract

The Learner Experience (LX) represents student interactions in physical or virtual educational environments. In this context, this paper reports students' experiences in Experimental Human-Computer Interaction (HCI) classes in the Emergency Remote Teaching (ERT) format. Thirty-six students participated in this exploratory study, including undergraduate and graduate students. This study sought to verify the elements of the LX that may have influenced student learning, such as Value, Usability, Desirability, Comfortability, and Adaptability. Activities consisted of synchronous and asynchronous classes. The results can guide and support future classes in the ERT format.
