Knowledge Management as a Support Tool for the Teaching-Learning Process in a Higher Education Institution: A Case Study at FACIMP in the Information Systems Course

Abstract

This work aims to understand how knowledge management techniques can serve as tools to support the teaching-learning process in an institution of higher education. For both attempted to identify the practices used by teachers from Information Systems course of the Imperatriz College (FACIMP) in this process, by mapping the current state of the course, as well as, identify techniques that can be used as complementary methodologies. Among the difficulties encountered, the predominant took the systematization of tacit knowledge of teachers and the transformation of this knowledge into a proposal that meets the socioeconomic and cultural development of students.
