Abstract


The digital games industry in Brazil faces the critical challenge of meeting the demand for qualified professionals. This article focuses on the study of the Integrator Project (IP) ”Game Developer” within the Technical Course in Digital Games Programming at SENAC - MS, highlighting its relevance in training students for the games market. The Project aims not only to improve technical skills, but also to promote interpersonal skills. Through detailed analysis, including a student questionnaire, this study offers insights into the impact of the Integrator Project (IP) on participants’ technical and personal growth.
