Current Issue
The Proceedings of the 31st Workshop on Management and Operation of Networks and Service (WGRS 2026) bring the papers selected and presented in the edition of the event held in Praia do Forte/BA, Brazil, from May 25-29, 2026, as part of the 44th Brazilian Symposium on Computer Networks and Distributed Systems (SBRC 2026). In this issue, the proceedings include 16 papers. These papers were selected through a single-blind review, from a total of 51 papers submitted, which implied an acceptance rate of 31.4%. This volume was organized by João Henrique Corrêa (UFC) and Hugo Leonardo Melo dos Santos (UEPA), workshop chairs, and by Rodrigo Mansilha (UNIPAMPA) and Bruno Santos (UFBA), SBRC 2026 publications chairs. The articles in this volume were submitted on 04/05/2026, accepted for publication on 04/17/2026, with the final version submitted on 04/24/2026.
