Interação Humano-Dados: Análise de Dados no contexto de geoprocessamento

Abstract


Data has become an increasingly common artifact in daily life. Regarding geoprocessing, tools with this characteristic have been used to provide publicly relevant information in Brazil. Thus, considering that users with different levels of knowledge can interact with the data, ensuring the quality of this interaction becomes essential. This study presents two heuristic evaluations conducted with geoprocessing systems containing public data from the Brazilian government, aiming to identify the main sources of usability problems and propose categories that represent the causes of usability problems in the context of human-data interaction in geoprocessing.
